We are a leading agent in Sittingbourne looking for someone to join us as a Senior Sales Negotiator to work in one of our small, highly focused teams. The right candidate will be dedicated, have excellent telephone skills, be able to demonstrate an understanding of what excellent customer service looks like and be keen to join a market leading company focused on providing the best possible service for all its clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with highly valued clients
  • Delivering excellent customer care over multiple communication channels including telephone, email, Whatsapp/SMS and social media
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues and other teams in the business
  • Advising clients about creating effective marketing strategies
  • Identifying potential buyers, negotiating deals, and completing sales transactions
  • Marketing properties to potential buyers, including creating marketing material, social media campaigns and organising open house events
  • Oversight of data quality to ensure compliance and effective workflows
  • See a target and exceed it


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in estate agency sales is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • The ability to work closely with colleagues in a small team

What we offer:

Not only will you be working for one of the areas most loved agents which is highly rated in the UK at ‘The best Estate Agent Guide’ we are also offering a competitive salary from £25,000 per annum + bonus and commission – depending on experience, expected OTE between £30,000 to £40,000. The hours worked will be Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00 and every other Saturday 9:00 – 17:00, you will be given a day off in lieu for any Saturdays worked. You will also receive 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
