I joined Quealy & Co in 2015 as a Lettings Negotiator. Although I already had a Business degree, Quealy & Co provided me with invaluable hands-on training and experience, allowing me to build a strong understanding of every part of the lettings journey. Today, as Property Marketing Director, I support landlords with rental valuations, tailored marketing strategies, and guidance on the latest legislation. I oversee the full process, from the initial valuation and first enquiry through to successfully handing the keys over to a new tenant.
The property industry is constantly evolving, which is what makes it such an exciting sector to be part of. From the introduction of video tours to changes in legislation, staying ahead of the market is essential. I take a particular interest in this as I am not only supporting my clients, but I am also a landlord myself. Keeping up to date with market trends and legislation is important for my clients, but also for managing my own portfolio successfully.
Having experienced the industry from both sides, I have also been a tenant myself, which gives me a genuine understanding and appreciation of the importance of creating a smooth, professional, and positive experience for both landlords and tenants.
Outside of work, I love staying active, spending time with family and friends, hosting or going out, and enjoying great food. The gym is my time to reset and stay balanced. Completing the London Marathon and recently taking part in Hyrox Barcelona are achievements I’m incredibly proud of, reflecting my determination, resilience, and drive to always push myself further.
