This link connects tenants with qualified contractors to hopefully resolve the problem without needing an emergency specialist. These call-outs can be expensive, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
We offer this service free of charge to our landlords to enhance tenant experiences and keep costs down for landlords.
